The staff have always been helpful, polite and friendly, very often going the extra mile to find a book I particularly needed, have taken an interest in my studies and been very encouraging.
The resource centres are well stocked and the staff very willing to transfer books and resources between the two centres.
The shelves are clearly marked but all staff are willing to find the particular resource you need.
