      There is an expectation that Holocaust Memorial Day will not only mark the Jewish experience of the Holocaust but that it will also link to other, more contemporary, genocides. This can raise questions for teachers, and others, on how best to address this issue. Which genocides to mark? Where do you start? Is it being done appropriately?
