ParticipantLast week the Prime Minister launched the Commission on the Holocaust. The Commission will investigate what measures should be taken to ensure Britain has a permanent and fitting memorial to the Holocaust and educational resources for future generations. A nationwide public call for evidence is running until the end of May this year. The commission will report its findings to the Prime Minister by the end of the year.
This is probably something teachers will want to follow…

Keymaster19th February 2014 – SEcEd E-Magazine announced that that National Holocaust Commission had launched a hunt for youth advisors.
“The new National Holocaust Commission has officially started its work to ensure that Britain has a permanent Holocaust memorial – with prime minister David Cameron searching for six youth advisors to support the project.
As fewer and fewer Holocaust survivors remain, the Commission has been set up by Mr Cameron to gather evidence on what Britain needs to do to ensure that the Nazi atrocities are never forgotten”.
