The Revd Nic Brindley is a URC minister. He writes a regular blog highlighting how he sees his faith interacting with popular culture and the world around him. Here he describes hearing Vic Chesnutt’s song “Flirted with you all my life” on the radio and how it expresses beautifully, for him, the Christian understanding of creation, sin and death. It’s a great look at how art may, unintentionally, spark, articulate or affirm faith and religious conviction.
