Library Manager Sean Smith nominated for CILIP 125: The next generation of leaders award
CILIP members and colleagues were asked to nominate individuals within the profession to recognise and honour a new generation of librarians, information and knowledge management professionals who drive positive change, make a difference and have an impact across all sectors.
These 125 colleagues who come from all areas of the sector have been nominated for building positive relationships to support young people; for their work in supporting and nurturing colleagues who are new to the profession; for campaigning for diversity and inclusivity; and for embracing new digital skills.
