The Waheguru Project
The Waheguru Project's main aim is: "To inform people at large that Newcastle Gurudwara in particular and all Gurudwara in general invite in and welcome visitors. This is a standing invitation and no ‘pre-warning’ or ‘booking’ is required. No one is excluded."

The Waheguru Project is also a reliable contact point for anyone interested in the Sikh community or Sikh community activities in the North East.

Their website contains (amongst other things) a list the gurdwara in the area, information about resources, and a photo gallery.

The Third Quarter Report of the Project can be downloaded here.

Further contacts for this faith can be found in the BT Phone Book under "Places of Worship - mixed" and in the Yellow Pages under "Places of Worship".
