IDC (Islamic Diversity and Equality Centre)
IDC is a community based not-for-profit organisation aimed at improving relations between communities through training and awareness. The primary aim is to establish education projects to provide avenues for promotion of community cohesion.
IDC is a resource centre providing authentic Islamic information to organisations, institutes and individuals to both the non-Muslim and Muslim communities.
The Islamic Diversity/Equality centre provides quality, professional, knowledgeable Islamic consultants to aid organisations with training and a skill set to advise on issues around Muslim sensitivities and tackling Islamaphobia.
Other projects include: documentary/filmmaking, Islamic & Eastern Art, Islamic awareness courses, Islam open days, project & event management and a media response unit.
